+ Unlimited communication via phone or email
+ Recommend venues & vendors in accordance with event budget and style
+ Attend site visit(s) with client to establish the event style, direction and flow 
+ Meet and discuss client’s budget & custom template for managing the budget
+ Review all vendor contracts
+ Decor conceptualization and coordinate overall event vision and design 
+ Act as the point of contact between client and vendors for all logistical needs
+ Create a complete custom timeline for celebration & distribute the final version to all vendors,
+ Attend final meetings with client and collect all celebration elements 
+ Confirm all details and arrival times for vendors   
+ Coordinate all deliveries and installations of celebration in accordance with vendor contracts 
+ Fluff gown and prepare you for the walk down the aisle 
+ Cue clients and pertinent guests for special moments including cake cutting, toasts and dancing 
+ Serve as point person for all vendors— I.e., cue timing throughout the event 
+ Manage and remedy all moment-to-moment challenges 
+ Verify return/pick up of all rental elements from caterer and floral designer

I think the concept of planning a wedding is so exciting for most people. That being said, the average wedding can take about 300 hours to plan. Save your time and sanity by working with a professional from the start. 

We normally book out 9-12 months in advance. I suggest reaching out as soon as possible to make sure we have your wedding date available. I only accept a number of weddings each year, so the connection I build with each client is truly the foundation of my work. 

The Event Company is based in Fargo, but we plan wherever your heart desires! Just name your place and we'll be there!

A venue coordinator oversees the on-site staff to ensure they fulfill their contractual obligations, serve food on time, etc. Often, the venue coordinator is not there for the duration of the event and / or they oversee other events on the property during the same time. A wedding coordinator works only for you to make every aspect run smoothly, greet all your vendors, send out a timeline prior and make sure you are having a great time celebrating!

The next step would be to meet in person to ensure that our personalities mesh and that we would like to work together. If we find that we are a good fit for each other, we will sign the contract and start planning your fabulous wedding!

Hello --  it's Tori here! And we know the best because we have worked with the absolute best.

Over the years, I have been so fortunate to work with some amazing vendors in every category. I see all of the wedding vendors as part of the same team. At the end of the day we all just want you to have the day you envisioned. Over the years, we have built many excellent relationships with vendors in and around the area. 

This is how we make it happen:

01 / Initial phone consultation and/or in-person meeting.

02 / Once you book, the fun (work) begins! 

03 /Vendor selection, custom timeline, budget, etc. 

Then comes the big day! Eeek! *Squeals in excitement

I show up the morning of the event with my clipboard and probably some form of caffeine in my hand. We spend the day making sure everything is how we planned and that you and your guests can enjoy this amazing day!
